Spoon333 Posted August 12, 2015 Posted August 12, 2015 Hey everyone, Just recently discovered hyperspin and really looking forward to getting into all of this. My wife is a huge pinball fan, and before discovering the forums here, I was considering buying her a pinball machine for Christmas. Now, I believe that I've changed my tune a bit, and after reading into a lot of the posts here I think I'd like to build my own (and save a few thousand dollars in the process). I haven't come across one yet, but I think that I would like to build a hybrid arcade cabinet/virtual pinball cabinet. I think one large back monitor in place of the standard back monitor/dmd combination would work better for us, and then the standard pinball playfield monitor as well. I'd greatly appreciate any links to a project similar to this that those of you more familiar with the forum can provide. Look forward to getting to know everyone here, it really seems like a wonderful community!
rfancella Posted August 12, 2015 Posted August 12, 2015 Hello and welcome to the Forums! I have often thought the same thing. Would be fun to build one in a pinball cab... Maybe with a projector built in and a "flip up" CP?? Thanks, Ron Hey everyone, Just recently discovered hyperspin and really looking forward to getting into all of this.
