muppets4 Posted August 17, 2015 Posted August 17, 2015 It takes some time to load compressed Dreamcast roms. And to withhold me to press another button while it is still loading, I would like the loading bar presented. I've included a screenshot of my settings in Global--> settings I've seen Austin disabeling it a few times in his videos for cardsystems. But it is not enabled by default so it seems. How to do it?
tonycrew Posted August 18, 2015 Posted August 18, 2015 Fade General there's an option to enable true/false if i remeber correctly.
muppets4 Posted August 18, 2015 Author Posted August 18, 2015 Fade General there's an option to enable true/false if i remeber correctly. I can find that for the intro and outro fade, but not for the progress fade. Any other places to look for?
gigapig Posted August 18, 2015 Posted August 18, 2015 Do you need any image files to use those settings, normally in the media/fade/default.
muppets4 Posted August 18, 2015 Author Posted August 18, 2015 There are images in that folder, see attached screen
muppets4 Posted August 18, 2015 Author Posted August 18, 2015 Fade General there's an option to enable true/false if i remeber correctly. Found it. It wasn't the fade for intro or outro, but fade for starting and ending. I misread that one. Nice loading screen now. Thanks!
namdor Posted August 18, 2015 Posted August 18, 2015 Can you screenshot what you ended up changing? I've had issues for Dreamcast only of it cutting to my desktop too soon and showing the emulator. All other systems I have work though...

namdor Posted September 16, 2015 Posted September 16, 2015 Offcourse! I just saw that you sent this back in august... Thank you so much! turns out I have a much bigger issue now though. after I updated to 1.4 (fresh install) I couldn't play dreamcast games and I have yet to even try to find out why. Soon I will have enough time to get it up and going again though. Thanks again
muppets4 Posted September 16, 2015 Author Posted September 16, 2015 No problem, and succes solving the problem. Maybe follow Austin's Youtube movie to set it up again?
