jedah Posted August 24, 2015 Posted August 24, 2015 Hi all, Not sure if this is something I have caused or a known issue. I have upgraded to Windows 10 and now I cant see any of the intro videos in Hyperspin. I can hear all of them just cant see anything. Does anyone know what causes this? They were working before the upgrade. Cheers, J.
alcoatjez Posted August 25, 2015 Posted August 25, 2015 I have just upgraded to Win10 and the videos are working fine. I have a Nvidia GTX770. Do you have the latest drivers? Did you check for errors at the device manager? Verstuurd vanaf mijn GT-I9195 met Tapatalk
gigapig Posted August 25, 2015 Posted August 25, 2015 I changed over last week and also my intro vids work and don't recall doing anything. Have you installing Flash?
jfprice30 Posted August 25, 2015 Posted August 25, 2015 Does your pc have an AMD chipset, mine is and win10 doesn't work well with it. At least mine didn't, and was very choppy and very slow so I rolled back to win 8.1
jedah Posted August 25, 2015 Author Posted August 25, 2015 Thanks for the replies. I do have an AMD chipset. I have read about problems with video playback with integrated graphics but this issue didn't affect me on Windows 7. I am guessing that a graphics driver update happened at the time of the upgrade and messed things up. I have been meaning to put a dedicated card in my HTPC. This should fix it. Either that or I will roll back to Win7.
