Installing hyperspin133.zip no Script folder?

Ive decided to do a fresh Install of HS, and to switch to RL.

i have downloaded the hyperspin133.zip for a full install of hyperspin, i notice when it extracts i do not have a scripts folder, I have AVg antivirus disabled, Windows Defender is turned off (i am on windows 10)
Can anyone help me out with this one? 
 
I've continued on and updated to HS1.4 (overwriting the exe file and installing the scripts from the update)
I just want to be sure I am not missing any scripts before i start migrating emulators and roms over.

 the script folder was introduced with the 1.4 upgrade.  1.3 should not have the script folder.

 

 

you can also delete multiple files from the 1.3 install file if you are using RL.
