If I may be so bold as to elaborate on iNTiGOD's response, there is a lot of information in the forums depending on what you are wanting to do with your Hyperspin. For general information, I personally would recommend you check out the videos from "Simply Austin" on youtube. He has a good amount of tutorials for getting things up and running. As far as hardware... well that really depends on you. What systems do you want to emulate? Are you building an arcade cabinet to put your hyperspin build in? (Personally, I am going a more 'console' inspired route which I don't recommend as there isn't much (if any) information on doing this... yet) Hopefully that was able to point you in the right direction.

Getting started with hyperspin does feel daunting at first but once you get a feel of the front end it becomes easier with each system you setup.
