Dim the wheel for specific roms?

I would like to dim the wheel to 100% transparency for just a few roms in a system is this possible? or is it a per system feature as per the hyperHQ settings?

 

As i write this I am realizing this is probably baked into the specific theme for each rom... can anyone shed some light on how this is possible. I have created some basic themes for a few games in my Steam wheel can these be edited to include a transparent wheel?

The setting for transparency is only available on a per system basis, you cannot have some wheels be transparent and others not at least not thru HyperHQ.

I assume that you could however edit the wheels themselves to be semi-transparent for those that you would require to be so.
