Hello,

I have a problem setting "joy to key" profiles with rocket launcher.
My "joy to key" profiles doesn't switch, instead it stays on "Profile 1".

The problem, is when I launch a PC Game like Outrun 2006 (with the stick configured), when I hit the stick it send twice the command (the one from the configured stick + the one from joy to key). I don't really understand what I forgot or did wrong on the settings, so I did a video:

Thanks for your help.

It's a little hard to see as I am on my phone but the only thing I noticed was that you don't have a "_Default" profile in global.

The outrun jtk profile only has escape mapped so if you are experiencing any double actions, they are coming from somewhere else... or the profile is just not loading.

Thanks for answering.

Where do I need to have a _default profile exactly ?

The profile is not loading for sure.

If I launch Outrun 2006 out of Hyperspin and without JTKey. It works perfectly.

If I launch Hyperspin > It launch JTKEy so I can navigate perfectly in the wheels menus and launch Outrun 2006... But

JTKey is loaded in the background (with Profile 1.cfg) which is useful to navigate on HS but then (in Outrun 2006) each time I push Left, Right, Up etc I got 2 commands instead of one, and the result is that I can't navigate properly in the menus because I do 2 jumps instead of one.

So I have created an empty JTKey profile for Outrun 2006, but it doesn't switch on this profile. I don't understand why.

Is there a way to drag this issue ?

Please have a look at my tutorial. These are the three profiles you should have under global:

Hyperspin

RocketLauncher

_Default

Hyperspin is set as the default and active profile. RocketLauncher gives you controls while in hyperpause and _Default allows switching of profiles (probably why profile1 is still loaded).

Sure... all the tutorials from the link at the top are up to date. Some really great info there! Should be the first place people go when they come here. Mine would be under "keymappers".

If you still have issues, let me know. Maybe we can teamviewer to see if I can spot anything.

Hello spawk,

great JoyToKey tutorial, but I'm still a bit lost. I can't find the keymapper area in the main settings tab: it seems now it's under the "mapping" tab.

So, if I don't need Hyperpause, it's not mandatory to create a RocketLauncher profile?

Excuse my English, i'm French. :) Razer Atrox Porn Pics

I didn't notice anything changing in RL. I am at work so can't check atm.

Keymappers are referenced in all three sections: general settings, settings, and keymapper tabs at the top.

You dont have to create the RL profile if you are sure you will not use it... but creating it only takes 2 seconds and you won't have any adverse effects from doing so.
