[Request] Final Burn Alpha: no porn, no non-working, etc

For my low-end HS+RA project, FBA (along with snes9x instead of bsnes) has been a lifesaver, since MAME struggles on Atom CPUs (Intel PC sticks, etc).

However, a minority of games (mainly Sega titles such as Moonwalker) don't work yet properly/at all on FBA.

Additionally, the FBA database has plenty of porn titles which I would like to exclude from my family-friendly setup.

Is there a tool for setting up an FBA database, similar to MAME's (romcenter and such)?
