Sega Saturn Japan - running way too FAST !!

I have tried running it in RetroArch and Yabuse emulators and both run way too fast.

Is there a setting i  need to change or does this system just not work ?

There's a setting. Can't remember which one. I set up my emu settings under Rocketluncher. In the module settings for SSF there's a setting that you need to change to "true". Hoover the mouse over to see which one. Rocketluncher tells you. Not on my Hyperspin computer right now so it's hard to be more helpful at the moment.
