Faahrev Posted October 20, 2013 Posted October 20, 2013 -Everybody knows Deamon Tools doesn't mount if the -cue is internally pointing to a non exsistent -bin. -Worse, you have dozens of -bin files but without the -cues. -You would like to rename your files to Hyperlist standards but that means all the -cue files have to be updated. -Do you even know how to do all this? I had the same problems (except the latter). Realizing the potential of AHK I wrote a little thing myself to do the job quicker. Much quicker. I call it Cue - Editor - Creator (CEC for short). And why not share it? Features: - For MATCHING -bin and -cue file names (the filenames are correct but internally the cue doesn't match) it matches the -cue internally to the -bin - Makes a backup of existing -cue files in the same directory. - No other change is made to the content of the existing -cue, preserving CDi (Data + Audio) content. - When a -cue file didn't exist, it creates one imaging a standard data-CD so the -bin at least can be mounted. Manual: Copy the CEC-file into the directory where the -bins (and or -cues) are. Bin-files are leading (No cue files will be made or edited without the bin-file). Execute. No windows, no user interface. Ready. Where: In the Hyperspin FTP/Upload here/Faahrev/Tools. Just to let you know: I will take no responsibility what so ever for any damage or misuse. Test it first, make a backup. Use at your own risk. Enjoy -faahrev Keep on Spinnin' !
THK Posted October 20, 2013 Posted October 20, 2013 Welcome to our little community Faarhev, and thank for contributing right out the gate! I hope some folks will test your little app so it can be added to the 3rd party application section. Groetjes! ..........................back with a vengeance........................
andyco40 Posted October 20, 2013 Posted October 20, 2013 thanks for program but does it add the audio tracks aswell as the bin name when creating the cue file, because some cue files contain the audio tracks to like super bubble pop.
Faahrev Posted October 23, 2013 Author Posted October 23, 2013 No it doesn't since the program can't possibly know how many tracks there are and where they should be located on the disc. In that case you should be looking for the original cue-file for that particular bin-file. Keep on Spinnin' !
