This error is because RL can't find the retroarch-core-options.cfg file in the location in the error message - you need to correct that. To fix it do the following... Step 1 - Create a blank file named 'retroarch-core-options.cfg' and place it in the folder shown in the error message - which looks to be the RetroArch folder inside you emulators folder. Step 2 - Play games and enjoy.
