Some motherboard even let you use a custom splash screen, just read Lenovo let's you do it for instance. Home users can user this: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms838576(v=winembedded.5).aspx It says it is for Windows XP but I can confirm this method works for Windows 10 home.
