benji93 Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 As the title suggests, I am hoping that someone might know if there is a way for me to set MAME up so that all the MAME games launched from HyperSpin play with slowed CPU. I know that you can access a menu via '~' on the keyboard while in a MAME game and use the arrow keys to find the CPU setting and adjust it to slow overall game play, but I was hoping someone knew of a way for me to set it up so I don't have to do that every time I start a game. Thanks!
Metalzoic Posted April 15, 2016 Posted April 15, 2016 I didn't even know MAME could do this. That setting isn't in the MAME.ini anywhere that you can edit? Maybe it can be done on a per game basis in a game ini (matmania.ini for example)?

benji93 Posted April 15, 2016 Author Posted April 15, 2016 Thanks! That is exactly where I found it. And actually, in the ini file, there is a setting called speed. When I found it, it was set to 1 so I set it to 0.5 and it seems to have slowed the game down perfectly!
