With the new HyperLaunch this wouldn't be that difficult. You'd just need a CBR reader that you can open with command line. Make a theme make an XML for all your comics and probably use PC launcher.

Yeah I have it up and working and am making an xml list (Don't know how to autogenerate so this is a bit of a time consuming task). Just wondering if anyone else was doing anything similar. I am no expert so Im sure some of the things i'm doing could be done easier or a little nicer.
