How do I change the game videos to a screenshot?

I don't have access to videos for my Genesis games but I have screenshot packs. How do I modify the theme to show screenshots in the place where it now shows "Video not available"?

 

Also, controls are unresponsive for about a second while the preview thing is loaded, for example when the Genesis menu is left for a fraction of a second. And trying to use my analog stick to navigate up/down the roms was like tip-toeing through broken glass. It would be unresponsive for a second and then raaace fo several seconds almost impossible to stop.

Just replace the video with a file with the exact same file name but with a .png extension.

Ah, ok, much better now. Any ideas about the keyboard and gamepad controls being ignored for the 1 second it takes for the transition to happen when I stop scrolling the rom list? I have to keep pressing up/down, it is unworkable in this state.

Check your HyperHQ control mapping to make sure you don't accidentally have Joystick, trackball or spinners enabled As that will cause issues. You can also change your wheel speed there. Other than that not sure.
