Where do I get the newest HyperHQ?

I dont know which HyperHQ version I have. When i click the "about" tab nothing is shown. Anyway my HyperHQ file is from december 2012.

 

Is there a newer version of HyperHQ and where can I download it?

Mine is v1.3.0.0. Last modified 9-10-2015 but that's just might be the date it was unzipped.

 

I don't think there's has been a new version for years, that program it's just a fancy ini file editor and they didn't change ini structure in a long time as far as i know (besides some frontend location pointers on v1.4)
