Setting up Pinball FX2 onlatest RocketLauncher v1.0.1.3

I am trying to set this up but no matter what I do it keeps asking for steam.exe

There is supposed to be an alternative to steam in the module to run it without playing through steam.exe

I am using latest version 2.1.2 module, latest xml from Hyperlist

I have followed module info to the letter in RocketLauncher setup of Pinball FX2 but stil no luck

you can try this database I think it's more up to date.

I know this is months later but if you still need help let me know I just got it working today :-) I used a few different tutorials out there some outdated some new but in other languages but put it all together and got it going. This was on latest HS and RL
