Polemicist Posted January 25, 2014 Share Posted January 25, 2014 CNC cutting in Australia is expensive and drilling out a simple stick like that would be cheap as and to be honest one sheet of 16 - 18mm thick MDF would set you back about $20 and you could practice on multiple pieces getting it exactly right. Polemicist Posted January 26, 2014 Share Posted January 26, 2014 There is no real plan to that. All that you need is a CAD file with the holes in it. Slagcoin has those sort of images and since your mate has access to the machinery he should also have access to the software that does the drawing. If you have Illustrator just grab the design off Slagcoin and trace the holes for the layout you like. Then export it to whatever file he needs. Very easy.
