Is Rocket Launcher website down?

In the process of building my retropie setup, i stumbled across this great site and wanted to build a PC setup as well; however, when I get to the point of downloading Rocket Launcher, it seems rlauncher.com does not load for me.  Am i doing something wrong?  WHere do I get Rocket Launcher?

Thanks for quick reply.  So weird.  I tried it on my phone and it works!  But using Chrome, Firefox, and IE on my computer, I get the message below.  Either way, I gotta get this website to load.  I dont want to download Rlauncher using my phone.  Any ideas?
