Anybody have a recommendation on a cheap website where one can make files available for download but also have options to make the website pretty cool looking? Thanks.

Do it yourself. An old P4 PC. Throw in a couple HDD's and put CentOS on it. Port forwarding in your router and a Dynamic DNS service.

what what what and what???

my internet company limits my upload/download ... or at least ill get charged more .... so i wouldn't mind spending 20 bucks a year or something? if that is even possible??
