ngalanis24 Posted August 29, 2016 Posted August 29, 2016 Hello, i have a 2tb version of hyperspin downloaded from a website. I am going to add mugen games. I have edit the database and i can see the game in hyperspin. When i start the games i added it loads them but in background. I have to connect a keyboard and bring it in front using alt+tab. But in mugen games preloaded with the version i downloaded it brings them in front automatically. What am i missing? Thank you
adamg Posted August 29, 2016 Posted August 29, 2016 Try launching the game using rocketlauncher and let me know what happens.
ngalanis24 Posted August 29, 2016 Author Posted August 29, 2016 i don't have rocketlauncher assigned with hyperspin. i am affraid to do it because i don't want to edit something wrong and then do everything from the beginning. hyperspin is version 1.0
adamg Posted August 29, 2016 Posted August 29, 2016 Unfortunately I am not sure how to help in this regard. Honestly Mugen is not really worth the effort and as it seems that you have taken the easy route and downloaded a VERY old version of HyperSpin, it would be really difficult to get this working. My advice would be to scrap what you have and do it yourself OR skip mugen, it is a crap shoot anyway.
bdove67 Posted August 29, 2016 Posted August 29, 2016 Need to get with the times my friend. I have Hyperspin 1.4+ and RocketLauncher. Mugen works perfectly. Very easy setup. I guess the only help I might be able to give, is to make sure each game is running properly first. Set them to full screen prior to setting them up in Hyperspin.
kylecp1979 Posted August 29, 2016 Posted August 29, 2016 Unless your a die hard mugen fan I would not even install mugen on your hyperspin setup. Most games are crap or pretty much the same.
adamg Posted August 29, 2016 Posted August 29, 2016 Because you may need to track down a Mugen module for it. I have no idea where you would find one though unfortunately. If you can locate one, it could solve your issue.
