Never heard of this, can you provide more details... What emu? Rocketlauncher ? Launch outside of Hyperspin /RL?

Sounds like an issue with your pc controls

I think your switches are wired to nc instead of no if you are using arcade buttons or your button is stuck on keyboard or whatever device you are using for game start
