thomas3120 Posted November 9, 2016 Posted November 9, 2016 I made some custom pedals for my cab and I really want to avoid using Analog Potentiometers. I found a video on youtube where someone used a Hall effect sensor(which was stationary) which was inserted in a circular magnet attached to the pivot point of the throttle pedal. Really like this idea. For the brake he used a pressure sensor. I have all the components, just had a couple of questions. I took some pictures but my iPhone is acting up, I'll reply in a few with some pics.....
thomas3120 Posted November 9, 2016 Author Posted November 9, 2016 The Hall Effect sensor is stationary, The magnet rotates(according to throttle pedal). Magnet has N & S poles. t Pressure sensor: IMG_1461.psd
