how long until i can log into hypersync or hyper base?

just purchased platnium and all good, how long do i have to wait for i guess the system to notice im platnium?

 

hypersync cloud states i dont have access

just downloaded hyperbase but it states wrong user or password

Hyperbase Live is currently not working partly because it's still in beta and uses data from the old site. Did you download the latest version of Hypersync? And if you do make sure you don't have any old versions installed. You should only have the one exe file in a directory.
