Bonoscot Posted December 17, 2016 Posted December 17, 2016 Guys..i setup HS a while back,and while it was a long process....once i got it working i was near scared to change anything I have a few questions on Mame though 1. I am using an older version of Mame (mameuifx 01.59 x64 NoNag+Hiscore)......Its working fine,should i update to the latest Mame 1.80? Is it needed? Does it do much more? Would i benefit 2. Genre, For some reason none of my genre wheels show up, yet everything seems to match so i must be missing something....I have the normal genre xml,and they seem to match my wheel images but nothing appears...just the text....So what folders ALL have to match again? 3. Adding a genre, i want to add spinner games and more of my own genre wheels....whats the process? i tried to add "spinner games" to main Genre XML....but again fail to show Thanks for any help.

thatman84 Posted December 18, 2016 Posted December 18, 2016 Sorry I have not used genre because it's not supported on hyperspin Android try these two tutorials http://www.hyperspin-fe.com/tutorials/category/304-genre/ im guessing if you want to make custom genres then your going to need to get your hands dirty creating some database that have all the games you want in them
