For some reason, after setting up exodos, hyperspin is looking for the wrong name for the config folders?  pics attached to explain.  Is there a setting somewhere to use these short names instead?

Ok, I'll try this again. There was another post where I had a shortened response, but with all of the critical, most easily missed steps. Since some time has passed, I may miss something this time- but I will try. FYI-you can probably skip to step #4, but read #1,2,3 to make sure you have done them.

1. Follow the module notes for DOSBox. They are very complete.

2. Did you download the entire setup for eXoDOS, or did you cherry-pick just the games you want? If you just picked some of the games (not the entire set or sets) you probably missed downloading the infrastructure files, one zipfile for each five sets- GamesACT.zip, GamesADV.zip, GamesRPG.zip, Games SIM.zip and GamesSTR.zip. You must have these files.

3. Once you have all of the files you need, run the "Setup eXoDOS.bat" file. It is easiest to get this system running if you can get it running through eXo's frontend MEAGRE. Then get it running in RocketLauncher.

Since you have the !dos folder in the address bar and error popup you included, I believe you have done the above steps already. However, ....

4. If you are good from the above guidelines, you should be pointing RocketLauncher eXoDOS system Rom Path to the "Games" folder with the zipped games, not the "/Games/!dos/(shortened name of game)".

5. In the Global Module Settings, change the "Config_Folder" to the "Games/!dos/" folder.

6. Last, but not least, go to your "RocketLauncher/Modules/DOSBox/" folder and find the file named "Microsoft MS-DOS (Example).ini". Remove the "<space>(Example)" from this file's name ending up with "Microsoft MS-DOS.ini". This file allows RocketLauncher to translate from the long names on the system xml to the short names in the config folder. The names and the system xml match the way eXoDOS prepared his files for use.

Hope this helps, but I probably missed something critical. If you have it setup in a non-standard way or with another system name than "Microsoft MS-DOS" you may have other problems. But Good Luck.
