540itouring
is anyone using a IPAC 2 or IPAC ULTIMATE with windows 10 pro or windows 10 The selection wheel just keeps spinning and the video resolution goes low with slow video when I plug any of these two boards in. Both boards worked fine with retropie and both board have no switches wired and all inputs DISABLED with IPAC software. If I use a keyboard all works fine with a reboot so looks like a compatible problem .both boards are late 2016 versions and firmware 1.33 & 1.

The only time I had something like that happen was when I enabled the trackball in the Hyperspin HQ software. The other time I had an issue was when I had wiring mixed a bit on my joystick and had the wire going to the wrong part of the microswitch. The way I had it mixed was causing up button to be constantly pressed until it was actually pressed, which then caused it to stop. Not sure if that makes a lot of sense but I don't know the terminology all that well. Since you don't have anything wired to it, my issues wouldn't be the same as yours. 540itouring
Looks like the problems are solved apart from reprogramming the input keys required which should be the easy part. The problem was a compatibility with the ipac2 and ultimate due to the FIRMWARE being 1.33 and 1.30 . I have updated the firmware on both boards to 1.34 and looks like it will be fine. I have had my boards a few months and as the last poster had only just got his board it must have the latest firmware installed Remember 1.34 for windows 10 thanks again for all your help
