Upgrading video?

I use a integrated intel video card for my current setup however noticed it won't run citra as it needs open gl 3.3 and mine only goes up to 3.2 ;( I am sure my gpu causes bottlenecks in other emulators.  I am considering an upgrade and wondered what is a lower cost card to get? It has to have hdmi out or similar as I connect to my tv.  I am not exactly sure the card slots I have it's a i3 chipset

I will have to see what slots I have in this computer I have no idea! Is there a way to tell without opening it up?  If I upgraded would that help with DC/PS2 emulation?

It would definitely help.  There's no real way of knowing until you open it up, but I'm sure you're in the clear. Best to double check, though.
