If the link on the YouTube video is no longer active, that would be up to SimplyAustin to repopulate. Everyone here has their own ideas for their setup and have probably moved on from that wheel set as it was provided for convenience and to get new users "in the game".

However, the tools that he used to create those wheels can be used to duplicate his efforts. If you use Photoshop, you can batch the process to create those wheel backgrounds from a folder of higher quality wheels without the BGs. But possibly even easier is a utility here ...

It should have many templates to use for frames and backgrounds, possibly even including something similar to the one you liked. The utility itself resizes and centers original wheel art onto the background. Should be easy to tackle this job yourself. That way you can make your setup your own. Also, you will want to keep the original wheel art just in case you change your mind.

The set he uses is from DamedRegistrations I think. I remember finding it in a folder of his on the ftp many moons ago. I may have time to find it over the weekend.

That you for the help, but I prefer to first make all emulators avaiable then do some custom wheels, as im going to put the pc in an cabine
