Hey Guys,

I am putting together a dedicated racing games setup for a cabinet build and was looking to share what I have so far for feedback and to gauge if people are will to help making it bigger/better.

This is my current games list that I am working on, feel free to drop a comment to suggest additions or changes.

I have been working on some themes to suite a universal design.

Just "Finished" some PC Racing games.

I am really interested in setting some small SWF files for navigation in the bottom area in the main menu and and custom intro video if someone is willing to contribute their time.

I have just discovered this and think it is a fantastic project. Good Job!

I want to build a dedicated racer cabinet and this distribution at 1.4Gb is nice and fairly compact. On a MAME cabinet with a PC with a 256GB SSD that should fit all the games I want.

On Windows 10 [Version 10.0.18362.657] I had to use HyperSpin_1.5.1_Upgrade otherwise it would not run but once I worked out the settings it ran nicely.

At the moment there are 110 games on the front-end for Racerspin but there are some classic games that should be added however:

MAME:

Outrun (of course! - not the MegaDrive version as shown at the moment!)

Buggy Boy

Led Storm

Monaco GP (1979)

Pole Position

Pole Position 2

Sega Turbo

Spy Hunter

Super Hang On

Super Sprint

Wec Le Mans

Comments on existing MAME directory:

Midnight Run was also available on the PlayStation.

PlayStation games:

If this was configured the following should be considered:

Midnight Run

Rage Racer (much better than Ridge Racer Type 4 in my opinion).

PC Games:

Outrun 2006 (I've got the original!)

Cannonball - Outrun Engine

I have a Logitech Steering Wheel which is USB powered which has a very weak force feedback but it does make Cannonball Outrun play much more like the real arcade machine.
