craiganderson
This is a question for my own learning. Not questioning like I know something. In hyperlaunch HQ why does there need to be a global emulator list? The reason I am asking is the following. I added a new emulator (ElectrEm) to my system without ever adding it to the global emulator list. It is "defined/described" in the Emulators.ini file located in Hyperlaunch>Settings>Acorn Electron Folder. It is not listed in the global emulator list at all..and everything works perfectly 100% well. It seems redundant....but again,...i am sure this perception is due to a lack of understanding on my part... thanks craig
Min2001
The global emulator list is for emulators that may be able to emulate more than one system so you don't have to add the emulator multiple times when setting up multiple systems used by the same emulator. ghutch92
It's just how RocketLauncher works; pretty much everything has a global (Default) and a system version from the artwork to the various options. In some cases there is a game version as well.
