No Nag 185 or higher needed

Can someone provide me with a working no nag patch for version 185 (Or higher?) The one listed here on the site is not working for 185

make sure you specify:
Static Parameters = -skip_gameinfo

I compiled the attached myself arcade64 v0.187 and it works as long as that's specified.
