Cave not playing main menu video

Added Cave to my setup, and while the game videos on the sub where are playing, the video on the main menu wheel is not. 

Something to mention, is that I downloaded all the media on my main computer to test, then transfer to the arcade cab because it's not connected to the internet. 

Games launch just fine and the only issue is the main wheel video for cave.

 

Vid is in C:/hyperspin/media/main menu/video/Cave.mp4 (with all other system videos)

I even put the path in the hyperhq path to flv, even though it's not an flv and it still doesn't work. But it works on the test version of HS...

 

Anything I missed? Maybe I should remove and read the system..

You're 100% certain there are no spelling or capitalization differences?

That's all I can think of, other than anti-virus holding it to check it which would also prevent it from playing
