What cabinets are these?

First one looks like a Centuri style A cabinet but it's hard to tell from that angle. Normally used in games like Gyruss (non deluxe version), Time Pilot and Phoenix. Again, hard to tell from that pic but that's what it reminds me of. It looks to have an aftermarket Willis control panel overlay for donkey kong.

Second is a pac man cabaret machine with a hideous lock and bar on it. the silk-screened control panel on the pacman looks to be in great shape and looks to have all of its original parts.

Here's how to lowball the guy on the pac cabaret. Forget mentioning the security bar and go right for the monitor. If there is no image on the screen or it doesn't turn on, immediately tell him you aren't sure about that cab because anything can be wrong with the monitor and it could be a money pit which technically is the truth.

as for the other cab, tell him you would have made him a more reasonable offer if you knew which game it had previously and if the side art was intact. Century cabs had wood grain vinyl and then side art on top of the vinyl. The machine could be a non deluxe gyruss but its very hard to tell just from that view. From the pics i have seen of Phoenix cabs, it may not be a phoenix cabinet. They had more intricate things like a nicer coin door with the centuri label on them. Phoenix cabinets seem to be on the rise lately. most collectors tend to want the deluxe gyruss cab instead of the gyruss in a standard Century A style cab.
