Daemon Tools Lite 10.2 Help

Hi guys,

First post.

I purchased a 6TB system off the website in December. I was overseas until several weeks ago and finally attempted to begin the installation process as outlined in the User Guide file.

The installation was going well until it came to the step regarding Daemon Tools Lite. I got stuck at the following instruction:

"You need to add a virtual drive. The virtual SCSI drive  (see image in set up guide ) must be set to drive " K" and the existing drive DT-0, set to drive "L".

To get the virtual drive you must add SCSI drive to Daemon Tools"

My problem is I can't see the Hyperspin Drive system on the SCSI drives to rename as described. I have looked at all included set up folder videos and images but they are no longer of any help as the DTL 10.2 interface looks completely different to the interface shown in the videos and screen shots.

I even paid for the premium SCSI add on too just in case this would help the situation but to no avail.

This is my first time looking into any HyperSpin solution as I bought the preconfigured drive under the assumption that it would be
"plug and play" as described. When I emailed support, they sent me straight here which is very annoying considering how much I paid for the device.

In any case, if any body could walk me through how to fix this or advise me on what I need to do, it would be greatly appreciated.

Im using an Alienware Alpha R2

-Windows 10

-3.6Ghz

-i7-6700T

-8GB DDR4

-Nvidia GeForce GTX 960

Unfortunately I think you have been scammed, the Hyperspin software is free, it's available from our download section and is not available for sale.

You should contact the seller you purchased it from for support as only they know have it is set up.

My other advice is to contact Paypal or your credit card company and report the sale of illegal software and get your money back. You could then keep the ROMs and media and then set up Hyperspin yourself so you know how it works.

As I mentioned only the seller knows how they set it up as I read the Daemon Tools set up instructions you posted and they are confusing rubbish. Normally you install the free version (we have one that works in our download section) run it and mount an image, then look to see which drive letter is assign and add that info to RocketLauncher.

Fortunately very few systems use Daemon Tools or there are other ways to get them working with other emulators.

Good luck.
