Rocketlauncher with hyperspin and Target Terror VM

Hi guys and girls I could really do with some help please. Does anyone know how to setup rocketlauncher to load the target terror gold Linux vm dump without the vm software showing. The other game I'm having trouble with is the new non vm dump of Aliens Extermination de hasped (protection removed) I'm trying to exit out of the game without having to use task manager, I have a good friend looking into this for me but maybe someone has already sorted the issue
