Mame chd file release dates

Just curious do chd sets for the newest version of mame usually show up on the various sites about the same time as the rom sets? Or do they generally  show up weeks later?

I'm planing a fresh install of 0.195 from 0.171 

Should I go to 0.194 instead?

Chd sets only get updated if there is a new chd released or changed.

so versions will differ number.

No more specific talk about that stuff please
