Ugly CLI popup problem on rom launch

Running HS 1.4.16

mame64 0.193b

rocketlauncher 1.2

win 7 64bit pro

I have bezels and pause enabled

When I first load hyperspin a cli window pops up and dissapears just before the intro video plays..... then when i select and launch a rom another cli window pops up and dissapears...

I have all settings in rocketlaucher set to hide emulator, frontend, desktop etc etc...but still getting these cli boxes...

How can I make them not display or actually hide them as the rocket launcher settings dont seem to affect it..

Cheers for any help problem solving this

from what i can see they popup when mame64 is executed...thats the best screen grab i can get...

not sure how to problem shoot this...

any further direction appreciated

Very hard to see... especially on my phone. Looks like a mame window though. Might be a setting in there. This only happens through RL though?
