There's a file you can edit in some of the games called "settings.arc" I think and another one which name escapes me at the moment, I might have mentioned it on my TTx setup video. 

It doesn't always work though, other solutions are to swap out the exe with one modified for higher rez.  Gameloader All RH came with modded exe's.

Sorry no idea there should be, search for the latest version of GameLoader All RH. The other file to check is "GameRes.dat".
