Hyperspin not minimizing when emulator opens

Ok, I'm VERY new at this. I try to open a game using RetroArch through Hyperspin. And it works.

 

Only problem is, HS is full screen and RA is another program. I have to press the windows button on keyboard to minimize HS then click on RA. Then everything works fine.

 

What am I doing wrong?

Are you using Rocketlaucher?

As soon as you said Rocketlauncher it occurred to me to go to RLUI and mess with settings. All I needed was to change Hide Frontend to True.
