menu image , swf display behind video theme

i try to add Video theme from this reference http://hyperspin-fe.com/forums/topic/34383-how-to-get-a-video-theme-to-work/

my problem is in the menu not display when theme video start i can see icons for console ps1,ps2,ps3,wii only  but menu display behind video i dont like that .

to make it clear  i have this content :

swf : include background when i open it i can see menu

so i try to extract menu image form swf, than

i have artwork 1,2,3,4 can i arrange them to display icon consoles  ,menu image with video themes in full screen? when i try that icon will be behind also the artwork 1.
