You might have to reset your settings your setting also make sure Skip_Gameinfo=0 is set.

Likewise I can't get the "no-nag" to work in either .204 or .205. I used a clean build of Mame64 and copied the no-nag version over the original .exe. Then after running Mame to generate a Mame.ini, I added the line Skip_Gameinfo=0. I'm still getting the warnings.
