Digonthathonda Posted January 12, 2019 Posted January 12, 2019 I’m new to hyper spin and to this forum and it seems to be a wealth of knowledge around. I have hyperspin setup and everything worked fine. I was playing Sega genesis games the other day. I got done and turned off my PC. Now, every time I try to select a game, it freezes. It lets me get through all the way through, and freezes at the “now loading” screen. I can see the wheel at the bottom right hand corner still spinning but it does so for as long as I let it before I force close the entire program. What could have changed to cause this?

volumetric Posted January 12, 2019 Posted January 12, 2019 Not seeing anything really unusual there, it may be that rocketlauncher isn't closing properly after you launch a game. Check your task manager.
Digonthathonda Posted January 13, 2019 Author Posted January 13, 2019 I checked and nothing else is showing in task manager except hyperspin. It’s stays on the loading screen but if I hit the windows button (windows10) and hold my mouse over the HS icon, you can hear the game I was trying to load in the background
Creezz67 Posted January 13, 2019 Posted January 13, 2019 Check that Windows Defender, Firewall or anti installed anti virus is not blocking hyperspin in the background and disable/ set exclusions for them if required.
