ness150176 Posted February 24, 2019 Posted February 24, 2019 Hello I'm pretty new to hyperspin and having some troubles setting up my ipac4 I've gone into notepad and tried all the movements to see if there all registering but obviously some of them won't show anything depending on what key there allocated. I set player 1 to use the arrow keys for movement and space and enter for start select, but they aren't all working on the menu wheel My understanding was if the button wasn't wired correctly the led light would flash on the ipac? Can anyone offer any advice as I just keep banging my head against the wall, going round in circles
32assassin Posted February 24, 2019 Posted February 24, 2019 when I used a keyboard encoder I used this utility to check my buttons it will display all the keys pressed including space and enter or any other service key double check that you have everything set up correctly download keyhook.zip downloads --> utilities --> half way down the page http://arcadecontrols.com/arcade.htm Quote Keyhook is a utility that displays the keystroke on your screen as you make the connection on the keyboard interface - useful for mapping out your keyboard matrix.
