Please help, having problems with Hyperspin and Rocketlauncher

been having a few issue that I can't seem to figure out, I have been tinkering for a few days and I am at my wits end. I have built a custom cab to use Hyperspin and have followed every tutorial i can to set up hyper spin and Rocketlaunch and cannot seem to solve a few simple issues.

The first issue is no matter what I do, editing the INI in hyperspin, changing hyperspin from not starting up when the computer boots to many other things but I cannot seem to get Rocketlaunch or as task manager calls it "hyperlaunch" to quit, it is lingering in the process and disables my ability to launch another game after I exit an emulator. Since I have changed a few things and tinkered around, the problem still persists but now It wont even fully load Roms. it will show the initialization screen then kick me back to the game list in hyperspin where I am unable to select another game.

The second issue is in Rocketlauncher UI, I have tried a million times to set my ESC control to player 1 and 2 coin buttons but no matter what I do it will only allow me to set single click, one key, rather then the ideal multiple key I'm trying to set. I have also tried to set a single button and hold for 5 seconds and again after I hit save it reverts back to single click with no hold time. What am I doing wrong and why is this so complicated?

Try to turn on the system, let it sits for 5-6 minutes then try launching a game. If windows is still loading stuff RL scripts will be timed out.

Solution if the game launch correctly this way:

1- Get an SSD for the OS, they are cheap enough right now
2- Set a 5-6 minutes intro to HS and set it as unskippable, meanwhile the OS willl load its stuff

Setting a 5 seconds hold to exit should work, I removed the thing on a friend's cab as it seemed to create other problems (single press was mame pause)
