HyperMarquee/EDS Stops then Starts after HyperSpin Intro Video

I have both HyperMarquee and HyperSpeech running through EDS.  They both have been working great up until yesterday.  I am having an issue where upon initial power up or restart of the computer, you can see the HyperMarquee window shut down then come back up after the HyperSpin intro video.  At that time, HyperSpeech either doesn't say anything at all or says its closing statement and does not say anything after that.  I have a feeling that it may be something in Windows that is causing interference during start up, because if I shut down HyperSpin and then start it again, everything works fine.  I do not have this computer connected to the internet, so no updates to Windows have been applied.  Or, maybe my settings in EDS are not correct, but I haven't changed any of those.

Has anyone else had this issue and found a resolution for it?

Check your start up script maybe. I bet you have hypermarquee in the shutdown and not the start up section as well. Also check the filler numbers in eds
