Hyperlaunch to Rockertlauncher Transition Tool

I'm trying to update Hyperlaunch to Rocketlauncher using the Transition Tool.  I've followed the directions on the wiki, but I can't get the transition tool exe to run.  When I try to run the exe, I get an error that the "msvcr100.dll" file is missing. 

I also tried copying this file from my HyperHQ library to the temporary folder for the transition tool.  In that case, the .exe engages and runs in the background, but never actually opens the program.  

Has anyone else run into this?  Thanks for any thoughts.

Mscvr = microsoft c+ visual runtime

That being said, i didnt really think the transition tool is needed. Might be easier to just start fresh.

Thanks.  I'll take a look.  I did eventually figure it out.  I maxed out the resolution on my screen and the dialog box was hiding down in the corner.
