MAME BGFX Chains **Updated**

Final Revision....a few more modifications and I'm done...this will be my main bezel for my vertical games....made the glow from the eyes and headphone more pronounced...a soft halation type of glow...gotta go full screen to appreciate it...

Reduced the glow a bit, smoothed out some jaggies.  Instead of running the pillarbox effects on the right side, I ran a modified shader to add some depth and sharpness to the effect.  View in 4K.

I'm done with my baby 😆 After some back and forth, I am satisfied with how it currently is.  I'm gonna do some grinding and make something way different.  So here is my final triple glow bezel setup and my center glow bezel setup.  Thanks for your support guys...if u need assistance on how to get some cool shit like this done, don't hesitate to reach out.  The awesomeness awaits you!! 😎

Remember The Southern Oracle from The Neverending Story?  This is a modern-day version.  Minus the lasers shooting from the eyes and the tigole bitties 😆 (still processing on YT, watch in 4K full-screen)

W.I.P....got light effects coming from the eyes and the lit up parts of the gun as well as the inside collar of the jacket.....increasing the bgfx chains by a large amount and will be modifiying each one to achieve a moving smoke effect...gonna try and do the led lights in the background as well...will take some a bit of layering in Photoshop...but I am on a mission...how you guys been? 😆

Good thanks. Finally managed to get Sega ST-V working on the Retroarch Kronos core and Dreamcast on Flycast. Dreamcast was really annoying as I spent hours trying to figure out why it would load the game and all that was wrong was one setting to not load to bios. 😠

Doin' good man.  Been busy with my summer college class.  Hoping to find time to get some more overlays done.  Glad u got your stuff sorted out!  Sometimes those pesky problems are solved by something small 😆

Oh...hey there ppl...haha...been testing some things on Hyperspin/MAME lately...gotta adjust the resolution and ar a little bit....its almost like a monster arcade screen....almost haha...thinking about adding  an ultra wide screen on top of the center for some marquee action.....still thinking about it...

Whats good ppl!  I finally have time to re-dedicate to my project.  Thinned out the bezel alot so that the shmups have more screen real estate.  Just thought I'd throw this bone out there.

Since this thread has been a summation of my build as much as it has been my bezel project, I will be adding my project to the cabinet/build/project section.  Anywho, I recently came up on a deal on a Samsung SH37F and just mounted it a few days ago (400x200 Vesa mounts are hard AF to find, especially a discreet one).  Just some sample shots...will post a video in all its glory soon!

It was a timely process for sure....the vision that one has to keep in mind is how and where to route the power cords, usb cables, hdmi cables, led lights, extension cords, etc. and try to keep it all hidden, for the most part anyways.

nah man, i got my Sony camcorder i'mma prop up on some boxes...can't be selling my tech 😆
