I am having a issue where selecting a game, Hyper Marquee jumps up one image when game is selected

 i just set up hypermarquee with hyperspin, all works well except , that when i scroll I see every other image. So show one and next one is blank and next one show up!

Any one know if this is setting issue or I missed anything else

Take a look at your firewall and Windows Defender settings to see if they are causing any issues.

Either turn both off to test or set exclusions for your Hyperspin setup.

Most of the time there are issues with Hyperspin (if setup correctly) it is due to your computer.
