Global Hotkey to Close Emulators Through HyperSpin?

I have my MAME set up to close completely when I press player 1&2 start at the same time. Some emulators I’m using though, don’t allow that and I don’t want a separate close hotkey for each emulator. Obviously RocketLauncher has the ability to launch emulators using the spin wheel, is there a way to set it up to close all the emulators with a global hotkey?

RL can handle all of this:

It is set to the escape key by default but you can click the little key on the right and "capture" a button combo of your choice. You can do this globally or by system by selecting on the left.

How do I fix this? It happens when i'm trying to capture keys.
